What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery and billing addresses.
- Your order, including any allergy or dietary notes you give us.
- Whether and how you paid. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Dojo; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
- To prepare quotations and to make, deliver and invoice your order (to perform our contract with you).
- To send you the allergen and storage information for your food.
- To answer your questions and deal with refunds.
- To keep the accounting records the law requires (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that run our services for us: the hosting of our ordering system and its database, our email delivery service, our card payment provider (Dojo), our website and online ordering platform (Wix) and our accountants. Our delivery staff see the delivery details they need. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for your orders.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@benitabakery.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
